Initial Consultation - $222

This is a requirement for all new clients before sessions can commence.

This session Includes 60 minutes of face-to-face:

• Case History

• Observations

• Goal Setting

• Informal Assessment Administration (If applicable)

• Preliminary Feedback and recommendations

Outside of the session time, your therapist may also complete a further 10-30 minutes of:

• Assessment scoring, analysis and interpretation (where applicable)

• Liaising with stakeholders (i.e., family, schools, other service providers)

• Therapy management plan drafting

• Appointment-specific administrative tasks

*If any additional sessions are required to complete the assessment these will be charged at the therapy rate.

*Either a summary orcomprehensive report is invoiced separately following the initial consultation.

Standardised Assessment - *from $380

A standardised assessment follows a strict criterion. These tests have been designed and tested to be reliable, valid, and consistent in their results. This is done to compare the results to those of typically developing children of the same age.

Reports are invoiced separately following the assessment upon request.

Screening Assessment - *from $237

The speech and language screener is used to evaluate a child's language understanding and use, speech sound production, vocal and nasal quality, and social language skills.

Reports are invoiced separately following the assessment upon request.

Standard Session - $222

This session includes :

• 45 minutes of face-to-face (or via Telehealth)

• 25-30 minutes of session preparation and appointment-specific documentation (home practice available on request) .

This session includes:

• 30 minutes of face-to-face (or via Telehealth).

• 18-20 minutes of session preparation and appointment-specific documentation (home practice available on request) .

This session includes:

• 30 minutes of face-to-face (or via Telehealth).

• 12-15 minutes of session preparation and appointment-specific documentation.

• 60 minutes of face-to-face therapy (or via Telehealth).

• 40-45 minutes of resource and session preparation, progress reporting, session-specific documentation and client-specific case conference with the supervising Therapist.

For mobile sessions (school, home, kindy), the relevent travel fee will be added to the session cost.

Standard Session with our Allied Health Assistants $114

This includes:

• 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy (or via Telehealth).

• 35-40 minutes of resource and session preparation, progress reporting, session-specific documentation and client-specific case conference with the supervising Therapist.

For mobile sessions (school, home, kindy), the relevent travel fee will be added to the session cost.

Speech pathology

Please note that these prices are a baseline estimate, where additional time is required a $190 per hour fee will be charged in 15-minute increments.

Occupational Therapy

Counselling

Please note that these prices are a baseline estimate, where additional time is required a $156 per hour fee will be charged in 15-minute increments.

• Progress Report (1.5hrs): Documented update of strategies, therapy goals, progress and recommendations: $234

• Comprehensive Report (3hrs): Background information, observations, interpretations, strategies, and recommendations $468

Cancellation/Non-Attendance Fee

• This fee is charged when no notice is provided for a non-attended session. This is applicable as per our terms and conditions.

• If your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment, the cancellation and non-attendance fee is applicable.

• Cancellation and Non-Attendance fees are charged up to 100% of the scheduled session cost.

Non face-to-face services

(Charged after first 10 minutes at $190/hour)

• Collaboration with other services by email or phone call.

• Therapist phone calls with clients/parents/carers, at the clients’ request.

• Personalised resource development time.

• *Where additional time is required a fee will be charged at the following rates per hour: Speech pathology $190, Occupational Therapy $190 and Counselling $150.

• Please note that a travel fee will be applied for mobile appointments (homes, schools, kindergartens) at rate of $63/hour.

• Some delays may occur over holiday periods and periods of high demand such as school holidays. Clients will be informed of delays before these sessions.
